T-Mobile 5G covers over 98% of Americans.
Astound Mobile is able to fully use both T-Mobile’s Extended Range 5G network and T-Mobile’s Ultra Capacity 5G network.
T-Mobile’s Extended Range 5G covers over 325 million Americans. It also covers over 90% of the U.S. highway miles. It is the largest 5G network in the United States right now.
T-Mobile’s Ultra Capacity 5G network covers 275 million Americans. It delivers fast 5G speeds. The excellent performance on the Ultra Capacity 5G network is one of the main reasons T-Mobile ranks as having the fastest speeds in most locations in our Coverage Search tool.
Astound Mobile customers will enjoy the same great 5G coverage and fast 5G speeds as T-Mobile customers.

We compiled our crowd-sourced speed test data to find out. From the data, we found Astound Mobile had median download speeds that ranged from 13 Mbps in Alaska to 371 Mbps in the Washington, DC. Median upload speeds on Astound Mobile ranged from 5.5 Mbps in Mississippi and went up to 47.2 Mbps in Idaho. Median latency was between 22 ms and 184 ms on Astound Mobile.

Astound Mobile vs. Verizon Coverage
Astound Mobile has a bit less total coverage than Verizon.
Astound Mobile covers 46.6% of the U.S. while Verizon covers an impressive 67.4% of the U.S.
However, Astound Mobile has over double the 5G coverage as Verizon.
Astound Mobile covers 36.0% of the U.S. with 5G and over 323 million people. Verizon's 5G reaches 230 million people, but it covers just 14.5% of the U.S.
Astound Mobile also has faster data speeds as Verizon.
Our crowdsourced data measured median download speeds of 152.34 Mbps on Astound Mobile.
Verizon achieved just 61.23 Mbps for its median download speed.
